- This is a process of assessment, education, advice, coaching and support. Discovering where things are going wrong and how to put them right.
- You will lose weight and gain health by creating and implementing a series of personal lifestyle changes based on your needs. For example:

- Movement - maximising natural movement opportunities.
- Sleep - setting an effective sleep routine.
- Stress - techniques to manage the unavoidable stresses of life.
- Wellbeing – prioritising the things that do you good.

- Your healthy weight is the weight at which your body settles when you are living a consistently healthy lifestyle.
- This is NOT about getting as skinny as you possibly can at all costs! If that’s your aim I am not the right guide for you.
Boost your physical, mental and emotional health
- Say goodbye to the many physically, mentally and emotionally unhealthy practices linked to weight loss.
- Each lifestyle change I guide you to make will be towards your best health as well as your best weight.
A long term approach
- Your body will find and settle at it’s own consistent healthy weight when you live your own consistent healthy lifestyle.
- I WILL NOT guarantee you will lose x number of pounds in x number of weeks. This approach is achievable for some but sets others up for failure. We are all different and our bodies cling onto and lose weight at different rates.
